OLD ALBUMS

Schrei

I think for me and for many Furimas, Schrei is more than just a start. Literally the guys swept the album, they did, they had an audience and they more than deserved it. It's an album that grabs you and grabs your attention as soon as you hear the songs. Maybe in this era most of the songs were written by the guys' producers but that doesn't take away from the fact that they also managed to bring all the songs to perfection. Undoubtedly for me, a masterpiece in every way and as I said, it's not just a start because with this album, the band not only begin to "live" and experiment with themselves but also opens the doors and show us everything they have, and they knew how much they had to show us.

Favorites songs: Schwarz, Der Letzte Tag, Thema Nr. 1

Zimmer 483

I have so much to say about Zimmer 483! It's my favorite album without a doubt, from the beginning it hypnotizes you, the guys already know what they are going for and what they are doing, they are older and have more experience in it. As in Schrei, they don't doubt their abilities and give us the best of them in all the songs of this album; they open up more with the audience and give us a new perspective of themselves. They play with the lyrics of the songs and vary them. We can find melancholy, sadness as well as love, fun and positivity in their songs, it's a soup of expressions for those of us who are looking for everything in a song! Besides there is so much to identify with here, at least I see that they express situations that, maybe they are not everyday, but they have an impact on the lives of teenagers as they were at the time. This album is on another level. As I said, my favorite album, the icing on the cake and the best years of the band, being more recognized, opening up even more to the public and having fun with everyone and with each other.

Favorites songs: Totgeliebt, Reden, Vergessene Kinder, Nach dir kommt nichts

Scream

Scream is like what many non-German or even German Furimas dreamed of. Clearly the boys went international in the blink of an eye. No longer just top hits in Germany, they reached American and even Asian audiences! Even if Scream is like a compilation of their best songs that doesn't take away that the guys did it right again because it doesn't bore you, it's amazing to have both the German and the English version of their songs, not only because that means more recognition but also because the two versions vary in some lyrics as well as the way each version conveys a different feeling. This album is a clear demonstration of all that they have achieved over the course of time, it was nothing but another achievement and a new experience, both for them and for us.

Favorites songs: Sacred, Raise Your Hands, Final Day, On The Edge, Rescue Me

Humanoid

Humanoid, "the last stage", a mute farewell from them to their old style to start a new one. Humanoid is a feeling,an emotion and a new air. This album shows us everything that the boys achieved throughout their career and that, as they were growing up, their music would never go for the worse but for the better. Humanoid is the union of all the experiences lived in the previous albums and this new one too; combining styles and giving a new seasoning to their music, just as hypnotizing and captivating, they left soul and body in this album, it is totally another level, they gave it their all and it is appreciated, for me it is the second best album after Zimmer 483, because maybe in Zimmer 483 they show us what they were experiencing at the time and exploited it in their music, in Humanoid they also exploit it but they exploit the experiences already lived, they dare and play with everything they can, sweeping in their path.

Favorites songs: Kampf der Liebe, Automatisch, Hey du, World behind my wall, Human connect to human, Screamin', Dogs unleashed
